themgdev provides free online file utilities. Many tools run entirely in your browser; some features may require a free account. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided free of charge, subject to fair-use limits (for example, the number of files per job or maximum file size). Creating a free account may raise these limits. We may set, change or enforce limits to keep the Service available, reliable and free from abuse.

You retain all rights to the files and content you process (“Your Content”). For browser-based tools, we never receive Your Content. Where a tool requires server processing, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the requested result, after which it is deleted. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for maintaining your own backups.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding Your Content), is owned bythemgdev or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks.
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will meet your requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEMGDEV AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless themgdev from any claims, damages or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by your local mandatory law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
